C: Light yellow, straw, pale.
N: Peaty, a little bit soup, reminds you young Bowmore, venilla and pear, star fruit, hint of flower.
P: Light body, finished Long, Robust, very nice finish. Adding water get more peaty/earth feel. Becoming thick and sweet.
C: 91 points. Very nice and unique and un-expected good. 我個人非常喜歡這支酒, 不過以一支接近七年的酒來說, 不包含運費就要接近三千, 真的有點貴!

Caol Ila 1993/2003 (50%, Wilson Morgan Extra Strength)
C: Pale yellow, very light in color.
N: Peaty, very light malty feel. soft fruity note, an very standard Caol Ila, easy.
P: Peaty bitter, Nutty finish. light body. finished long.
C: 84 points. An standard and easy Caol Ila. 充分表現出Caol Ila輕淡而重泥煤的特色.

Caol Ila 1993/2006 Distillers Edition (43%, OB, Moscatel finish, Ref#C-Si;1-465)
C: Dark gold, brownish.
N: Peat, sweet wine, mint, herb,  hard to recognize as a Caol Ila.
P: Medium light body, short finished.  Lask of strengh. but thicker.
C: 79 points. Dilute taste better.  But not my style.  再一次的, 求變並不代表就一定好.

Caol Ila 26yo 20,Jan.1975/14,May.2004(56.1%, Signatory, C#459, 242bts. Dumty bottle)
C: Light gold.
N: fruity, citrus and orange peel. Lemon, light peat.
P: Light body, finished with citrus. Medlim finish. hot and burning.
C: 90 points. Very nice and refreshing. The longer the better.  非常棒的尾韻, 給它一點時間表現!
