C: Brown gold. 參觀酒廠的時候拿的紀念品.
N: Nutty, fruity, malty, lot's malt, quite clean and thick in style, beef broth.
P: Medium body, medium finish, quit good structure.
C: 80 points. A nice standard bottle. 始終如一的品質, 讓人有點距離感的好酒.之前有人進口, 現在應該找不到吧?

C: Yellow, Limburg的時候Robin強迫裝給我的sample之一.
N: Very malty, with more grassy fell. hint of peat, very ncie thick nose, rich flower.
P: Salty, medium light body, medium finish. qute fresh.
C: 88 points. Nosing the best. 還是覺得Clydesdale系列的聞香都超棒的. 可惜山發進的太少了.

Glenfarclas 1965/2005 (48.5%, Scott's Selection)
C: Golden. 感謝諶大哥分享.
N: Lovely fruity nose with lot's vanilla honey. Quite deep and lively. Bourbon cask for sur, turned to have some malty feel later. while flower. old malt fee.
P: Medium body, sweet and dry. very nice palate. pwoerful. amazing old malt with such big body and power.
C: 90 points. a very nice bourbon Glenfarclas. 這支酒是諶大哥家聚喝過的酒, 那天狀況超差,每支酒喝起來都苦苦的, 還好有機會重喝一次, 的確是好酒, 據說這支酒是春泰行高大哥大力推薦的超值老酒, 高大哥的功力果然不凡.

Blairfindy 39yo 1965/2005 (5.6%, Blackadder, raw cask, C#4552, 411 bts. Sherry butt.)
C: Golden.
N: Quite malty, with lot's grain/cookie fee. not the typical sherry butt, hint of flower and perfume. quit thick nose.
P: Medium body, dry, a little bit salty, very drinkable. balanced, finished well.
C: 91 points. blanced and very good malt. W酒坊開幕的酒, 讓你認識Sherry Butt的另外一面, 也許是美國橡木雪莉桶? 據說此酒是老闆珍藏, 只為了開幕拿了一瓶出來賣. 既然買不到就不寫推薦度了.
Balblair 33yo (45.4%, OB)
C: Golden, sample left from last year's tasting.
N: very malty, grain, vanilla.
P: Medium, quite powerful, finished ok.
C: 86 points. same as last year. a nice selection. Balblair在國內的售價都偏低, 如果只想要一支成熟平順的老酒應該算是超值的選擇.

C: Gold brown. nice fine legs.
N: Very nice orange nose, farm like. choclate cake, hint of peat, lot's grain cookie feel. old house kitchen, some what old malt nose.
P: Medium body, quite powerful, thick, finised rounded, last long.
C: 91 points. A very nice malt, matured and balanced, finish the best. 這支酒是Sukinder最得意的一支裝瓶, 我七月份拜訪他的時候他還特別提起, 那時候架上還一堆, 八月份回來沒多久就下架了, 懂酒的人還真不少, 可惜春風後來跟他們沒談成, 據說原本的訂單裡面就有這支酒.

Linkwood 22yo 1983 (46%, MMCD, Mission 5, bourbon cask, 684 bts.)
C: Golden, already opened for 1 month. almost all gone.
N: Citrus dorange, lime, hi of peat, malty, dilute get more peat.
P: Medium light body, quite fruity, taste much better than just open.
C: 86 points. Almost all the mission series bottles need time to open it up, and always tast the best for the last dram. Mission系列產品的最後一滴都是最好喝的, 有夠奇怪.
Linkwood 16yo 1990/2007 (58.7%, The Whisky Exchange, Single malt of scotland, C#5038, 283 bts.)
C: Brown.
N: Very malty, with hint of peat, chocolate, toffee, quit deep and big.
P: Medium body, big, very sweet and mouth coating. medium finish. prum.
C: 86 points another balanced sherry malt. very nice if you like sherry cask. 一支很均衡的雪莉桶陳年威士忌. 超值的選擇.
