April Fool's Day Tasting!
很認真的想, 如果在愚人節辦個盲飲, 我要拿哪些酒出來招待資深酒友們呢?
Ardmore 1981/1997 (40%, G&M Licensed bottled)
C: Golden brown, quite watering, not easy to see the legs.
N: Peated(medium hight) tropical fruit, sea, malty, very Islay, cookie, hint of citrus a little bit sea-shore, seaweed. quite nice nose.

Mosstowie 15yo (40%, G&M for Sestante, mid 1980s)
C: Gold brown.
N: Malty but more rough and wild. Some hint of field/farm feel. Citrus, prum, malty sweet.
P: Light body, watering, a little bit caramel. finished sticky, some fruity palate. Dilute not help.
C: 78 points, an average malt, nothing special. 如同預期的似乎相當平均而沒什麼變化, 這似乎就是Mosstowie的特色.果然只是為了調和設計出的酒

先慶賀Mitch喜獲千金, 不要取名叫吳艾蕾啦! 我覺得吳絲蓓比較好!
為了替Mitch家未來的老二吳亞柏衝一下人氣, 下午決定來個亞柏特別品飲!
首先是先漱漱口, 昨天藉口跑去買給吳絲蓓的出生禮物, 順便進去名酒集晃了一下, 除了順便買Kingfisher酷暑的最愛之外, 也順便打聽到重量級酒友林經理手上已經有兩支Flying Turf的事情, 哇! 真是太羨慕了! 酒蟲真是被引上來了, 就先用酷暑最愛漱漱口吧!
