Burberrys 15yo 40% Blend bottled before 1999
Color: Gold.
Nose: Grassy, fruiy. flower, not typical Taiwanese favored style.
Taste: Caramel, light body. dry. medium finish.
Conclusion: 71 points, not bad, not typical. 公賣局時代進的酒, 頗普通, 感覺的出不是為了台灣人調的酒.

Balvenie 25yo Single Barrel 12.11.1974/3.11.2000 (46.9%, OB, Cask#15180)
Color: Gold brown.
Nose: Venilla, honey, very flower, very sweet.
Taste: So sweet, but not from Caramel. Medium body. short finish.
Conclusion: 85 points.  Could be the most sweet Balvenie and the most honeyish one I've ever tasted. 非常非常蜂蜜的一支酒, 是我喝過的Balvenie單中最甜的一支, 但是不是來自於焦糖.

Springbank 10yo 100proof (57%, OB, more orange label)
Color: Gold yellow.
Nose: Grassy, venilla, tropical fruit, very young Springbank style. Some peat.
Taste: Mild, Soft, not as much caramel as the previous yellow lable version.
Conclusion: 85 points. Quite OK, performs much better than last batch.  這個版本的標籤跟紙盒都呈現非常橘的顏色, 比之前橡木桶進的那批奶油黃色標籤好喝很多!

Bowmore NAS Dusk (50%, OB, Bordeaux wine casked)
Color: Brwon red.
Nose: Peat, Smoke.  Tropical fruit. Perfume, Flower, Very Smoky.
Taste: Sweet. A little bit wine cask feel. but more like sherry finish.
Conclusion: 83 points. Straight taste much better, also better than the Port finish one. 比之前喝過的波特桶好多了!
