Color: Brownish Green.
Nose: Nice old malt, very oil, Malty, Rice, Light peat. Reminds me good Springbank. Flower, hint of aplle.
Taste: Powerful, sweet, very nice malt. Full body. Long finish.

Springbank
Springbank 10yo (40%, OB, 2004)
Color: Gold.
Nose: Nice fruity nose with lots apple, pear, citrus. Still Matly. Hint of peat. Some flower develop later. Mellow, Tropical fruit as well.
Taste: Medium body, young, robust, nutty, bitter, hot.

Color: Golden.
Nose: Fruity, very speyside, lots citrus, very simple.
Taste: Medium body. Young, not bad, standard average malt. very bourbon cask, no caramel.

Nose: Citrus, Nutty, Malty, orange and cream.
Taste: Very nice, thick, medium body, medium finish.

Three OB Glenlivet
Glenlivet 12yo (40%, OB, crica 2005)
Color: Yellow.
Nose: Very nice, citrus, light, clean, beautifut fruit and flower.
Taste: Light to Medium body. Midium finish.
Conclusion: 80 points. Very nice standard OB. I think I under estamate this one. The more I drink, the higher score I gave. Not really just an average malt.

Two special Balvenie
Balvenie 14yo RumWood (47.1%, OB, bottled in 2005, only 14 casks, from warehouse#29)
Color: brown.
Nose: Spice, citrus, maltiness, then reveal some raisin, honey, pear. Very Balvenie, but with a touch of rum feel. Increased complexity for sure.

Extreamly good Port Ellen
Port Ellen 15yo 1969 (40%, Sestante)
Color: Golden, clear legs, slow, thick.
Nose: Peat, some nice tropical fruit, very fruity. Nice. Apple, pear, raisin, Lemon.
Taste: Mild body. Sweet. Complete. Finished very nice and long.
Conclusion: 92 points. What a surprise! Thanks to MARA. Another very nice Port Ellen. Who said Port Ellen need to mature long?

One very SEA Lapharoaig
Laphroaig 12yo 1993/2005 (53.5%, Blackadder Raw Cask, Cask#6199, 116b.)
Color: Yellow.
Nose: Very Laphroaig, Very smoky. Very Sea.
Taste: Salty, mild, medium body. medium finish.
Conclusion 91 points. With lot's of sea influence. Unusual low yeild for a 12yo cask. Very close to the window?

Color: Brown.
Nose: Citrus, dark chocolate, hint of apple, tropical fruit. Woody, sherry sweet. Orange.

Two Glenfarclas
Chieftain's Speyside Malt 32yo 1969/2001 (43%, Chieftain's, Sherry Butt#81, 360b.)
Color: Brown, clear.
Nose: Citrus, with lot's sherry nose. Fresh. Clear tropical fruit, banana, black fruit. Flora as well. Still Malty.
Taste: Matured, sweet, powerful, easy and enjoyable. Medium to heavy body. Mild finish.
