Single Malt Lover!

Balblair 40yo (42.8%, The Single Malts of Scotland, Cask#1346, 152b. Hogshead, Anniversary slection)
Color: Brown, clear, watering.
Nose: Quite nice, lot's citrus, tropical fruit, a little bit earth, very light peat, quite nice flower, creaming.
Taste: Dry, bitter, watering, not very good finish.
Conclusion: 82 points. 聞香很棒, 品飲頗有落差, 有點可惜, 淡淡的高地泥煤, 頗有趣的一支酒. 謝了,仕元. 三支很棒的老酒.



Clynelish 32yo 1972/2005 (49.9%, The Single Malts of Scotland, Hogshead, Cask#15619, 226b.)
Color: Golden.
Nose: Malty, citrus, a little bit peat, tropical fruit.
Taste: very nice palate, fully body, finish long. sweet.
Conclusion: 89 points. 品飲與尾韻都很棒, 有點簡單的香氣, 加水後感覺好很多, 整體來說還算不錯的酒.


Laphroaig 30yo (43%, OB, should be 2004~2005 bottling, 700ml, LQ0167)
Color: Brown.
Nose: Chocolate, sherry still, peat, citurs.
Taste: Simple, powerful.
Conclusion: 87 points, very thin and finish dry. 很確定這是跟之前重雪莉批次不同, 但是雪莉的比例應該也不低, 感覺上更像一般的Laphroaig,但是稍嫌簡單了些. 另外拿空瓶比較了一下, 我手裡的重雪莉版本是750ml, LQ01707, US edition.


Glengoyne 19yo 1984/2004 Winter (58.2%, OB, Cask#1464, 576b.)
Color: Yellow.
Nose: Nutty, very grassy.very creaming.
Taste: Sweet, medium to heavy body. Malty, grassy finish.
Conclusion: 88 points, powerful. 跟最近喝的老年份酒款蠻不一樣, 另一種表現的Glengoyne.該感謝小詹?還是春酒把他灌醉的幾個損友?



Caol Ila 26yo 1979/2005 (57.2%, OMC, for Whiskyfair, Hogshead#DL Ref 1356, 212b.)
Color: Golden.
Nose: very rich, sweet, citrus, very Caol Ila, simple, finish long.
Taste: thick body, finish long.
Conclusion: 91 points. 很棒的一支Caol Ila, 非常愉悅而令人滿足的一支酒. 謝了David大哥, 品味不同凡享!
