C: Golden brown. Thanks, Hertford.
N: Old whisky nose, animal, old barn, dried fruit.
P: lingling, last long. dried fruit.
C: 90 points. unique old malt, quite different from current style. old. You don't fall in love for the first dram, but you kept going back for another, that the magic of the old malt. Not as moved by Serge and Olivier, but a certain a great malt.
Glenfarclas 40yo 105 (60%, OB, 893 bts.)
C: Brown.
N: Heavy sherry, prune, chocolate, sweet malty nose.
P: Strong, heavy body, finished short.
C: 91 points. Good Glenfarcals, just the way I like, Glenfarcals just need to strong.
