這是豪邁剛開幕時辦的第一場品飲會, 哇! 真快, 也快一年了吧!
有點晚到, 有些喝過的就沒再喝了.
Springbank 9yo 1996/2006 Marsala Wood (58%, OB, 7,740bts. 2yo Marsala finish)
C: Brown.
N: Lot's citrus, strange sweet wine.
P: Nutty, artificial.
D: Bitter palate.
C: 82 points. Not bad just strange. 在雲頂出的這些wood finish系列中,這支酒的評價算是比較正常的一隻, 不好不壞, 喝過的幾個MM都給了介於80~85間的分數, 這是第二次喝, 低了一分.
Springbank 16 1991/2007 Rum Wood (54.2%, OB, 5,100 bts. 8yo in Guyana Demerara Rum Cask)
C: Yellow, quite oil.
N: Quit rum, cane, strange smoky nose.
P: Weaker than previous edition?
D: Quite minty.
C: 84 points. easy drinking. robust. not very woody. 前次只給了80分, 這次高了不少, 但是還是很rum.
Springbank 25yo (46%, OB, +/-2006)
C: brown.
N: Prune, standard old SP, 甘草, 藥草.
P: Medium body, medium finish. sweet.
C: 85 points. dilute much better. not that impressive, but still good. 這支酒的得分算不錯, 喝過的MM都給了介於85~92的分數. 可見得SP的老酒還是很有水準. 算是中規中矩的表現.
Springbank 35yo 1967/ 2002 (40.5%, DT Peerless collection, C#1943, 214 bts.)
C: Yellow, very oil.
N: 甘草, 香草, 果香, 老雲頂, 麥芽, 檸檬酸.
P: 中等偏輕的酒體, 中等尾韻, 相當澀.
C: 90 分, 很棒的老雲頂. 這隻應該是昌兄帶去的插花酒吧? Duncan Tayler裝瓶的老雲頂果然有水準, 不過也確實超貴就是了!
