在台南的歐美酒專看到的酒, 應該進來一陣子了, 不過跟小木屋不怎麼熟, 出差到台南順便去跟歐美的老闆聊聊天, 承蒙他熱心的請我試飲這兩支酒, 也就順手買了回來! 價格很合理喔!
Dailuain 25yo 1979/2005 (51.4%, Signaotry Vintage, C#8958, 509 Bts. )
87 points. Fresh fruit, woody, very nice nose, vinalla, citurs, malty. Robust, Medium body, finished short. 相當清新的感覺, 是這間老酒廠的佳作!
Inchgower 24yo 1980/2005 (55.6%, Signatory Vintage, C#14145, 602 Bts. Sherry Cask)
85 points. Deep sherry influence. Rasin, grape, matured fruit, nutty. medium body, long finish A little bit too woody and over sherried. Salty finish at end. 據說這支酒較受客人喜歡, 不過我覺得Dailuain比較清新, 這支酒比較悶, 不過話說回來, 我最近發現Inchgower的酒其實蠻值得嘗試的, 特色就是鹹鹹的海水味!
