Color: Golden, clear, bright, very fine and oil legs, 50%.
Nose: Fruity, woody, a little bit soap? A little bit grassy. Speyside style. Again, soap. Reminds my Tulliburdine. Bourbon cask.
Palate: Robust, Strong, Nutty, 12yo~15yo. Very strong, Palate killer, very salty.
Conclusion: 84 points. A very grassy style Speysider. Very nice and with character. Very nutty in palate. Pulteney?
First Guess: North Highland, Pulteney, 12yo, Bourbon cask.
Sample B:
Color: Light Yellow, very clear, quick and thck legs. 46%?
Nose: Intense sea influence more tropical fruit. A little bit nut. No peat. More like a sherry cask.
Palate: warm, easy.
Conclusion: 78 points. Very strong one. I think it’s a speysider. Refill Sherry cask.
First Guess: East Highland, Blair Athol. 10yo, Sherry Cask.
Sample C:
Color: Golden, watering. 46%.
Nose: very stong, bourbon cask. Very grassy. A little bit sea. Lot’s flower, I think more like Lowland style.
Palate: very warm and smooth, vanilla, a little bit Bruilladdich, but very strong.
Conclusion: 80 points. This is very confusing one. I don’t think it’s Littlemill
First Guess: Islay, Bruichladdich, 12yo, Bourbon Cask
Sample D:
Color: Brown golden. 40%.
Nose: Sherry cask influence. Creaming, sea. Chocolate. Creaming, very dandy, very nice and charming. Mint.
Palate: warming and matured.
Conclusion: 86 points. Some very nice sherry. Flower, ver easy and good drinking.
First Guess: Speyside, Benriach, 18yo, Sherry Cask.
