兩支重點:

Bruichladdich 15yo 2nd edition (46%, OB, Sauternes finish)

Jim always said the 15yo first edition is his favorite OB.  Maybe we should buy half dozen?  The second edition is sautern finish, Serge said it is from Chateau d’Yquem and is 50%, but I am not so sure.  Brown, very deep sweet.  Hint of plum.  Sweet at the end.  Quite Sautern finish.  Score: 84.  One point less then the WIP sample.

Bruichladdich 20yo 3rd edition (46%, OB, Madeira finish)

Brown red, papper, quite nice and sweet, very impressive, easy to drink, kind of dry finish.  Much better than 2nd Edition.  Score: 88.

 還好沒花錢, 基本上只有常瑞, 夏朵, 及開元可以看一下, 夏朵的人很多, 媒過去打招呼, 陸海的美眉很有禮貌, 但是只有佛朗明哥可以喝.! 兩支有趣的Chieftain’s 40yo and 50yo speyside價格還ok, 但是需要冒險一下!

  開元那邊主要是有一些清酒, 記得之前在晶華有辦過一次發表會, 但是那次沒喝到好喝的, 這次很有誠意的請來四間酒藏的人來倒酒, 我最喜歡的是這支獺祭純米大吟釀二割三分, 美眉也很不錯, 但是沒拍好, sorry!

 有去的人可以過去咖啡展看看, 有間熟識的老字號Cavarali 靠近信義路那邊的攤位, 真的很棒!
