超豪華酒款也是會失落的!
Ardbeg 13yo 1965/2978 (80 proof, Cadenhead's, Dumty black label bottling, Btl. in 07/'78)
C: Gold brown, quite watering.
N; Malty, very light peat, strange, old malt feel for sure. apple, hint of citrus, honest, not very Arbeg.
P: ligt body, matured, finished well, last long.
C: 85 points. Athough a very nice old malt, but nothing reminds you the glory of those single cask bottling. not to mention the unique house style. Another Kildaton malt? 相當怪異的沒甚麼泥煤味, 難道是支難得的無泥煤版本嗎? 有點失落感.
Ardbeg 17yo (46%, Cadenhead's Dumpy, Black label. Sutti Milano, +/-1985)
C: Light yellow.
N: Medium to light peated level. fresh, citrus, minty, boggy, animal. quite nice nose.
P: Light body, finished dry.
C: 86 points. Somewhat lack of power, light in style. dry finish. 雖然喚回了一點點阿伯的感覺, 但是有點缺乏力道, 表現相當普通, 還是失落!
Ardbeg 24yo 1965 (54.4%, Cadenhead's for Sastante, Dumty, white label, 75cl)
C: light yellow, quite oil.
N: Very peaty, light in style. minty, lot's citrus, malty, very clean. reminds you Caol Ila, quite powerful nose.
P: Light body, powerful, salty, finished long. more close to the current bottling.
C: 91 points Quite nice one but 3 points. less than last time. 查了一下我居然有喝過, 分數低了三分, 大概是我在這支酒中比較找不到複雜度吧!
