兩年都忘了跟他們要聯絡方式, 這間代理Signatory的Whisky Spirits開了相當多的酒, 是另一個熱門攤位!
Glen Elgin 20yo 1985/2005 (43%, Mackillop's Choice, C#1537)
C: light yellow. Straw, clear.
N: Very fruity, lot's of citrus with hint of malt. Very flowerish. Layered. light, very refreshing.
P: Nice malty feel. Light bod. finished well.
C: 85 points. A very nice Glen Elgin with fresh nose and light active body. 其實在Limburg裝Mackillop's 的酒好像有點可惜, 但是我還蠻喜歡Glen Elgin的, 就順手買回來了.很清新而充滿花香的酒.以43%裝瓶來說還真的不錯.
Glen Elgin 1976/2006 (45.1%, Jack Wiebers , Cross Hill. 224 bts. Sherry Cask.)
C: Gold, very oil.
N: Thick, very creamin. some orange. pear, green apple. Lot's of cookie. a very nice nosing malt. Active.
P: Medium body. very nice finish. finished long with lot's citrus in palate.
C: 90 points. a very nice old dram. too good. 太棒的一支酒, 反而讓我有點感覺不到Glen Elgin的特色. 加水稀釋後比就有酒廠的特色出現!
