Aberlour 12yo Double Cask Matured (43%, OB)

. Brown orange, honey, malty, quite fruity. and sweet. then get some dark fruit. sherry influence. Malty sweet. Medium body, medium finish. quite sweet. young. Nice and average malt.  查了一下前兩年喝的時候給了79分, 感覺算是正常表現的標準裝瓶, 談不上驚艷但是水準一直很平均的酒.



Aberlour 15yo Sherry Cask Matrued  (40%, OB, Tall bottle)

. Darker brown.Very malty sweet. Less fruity. but can still get a littl bit citrus. feel. a little bit caremel Mild, mdeium body. Still very sweet. Candy. Sugar. Some caremel at the end.  Too sweet for me this time.  之前只給了72分, 幾乎是所有Maniacs當中給最低的, 可見得我對於焦糖真的不太喜歡.



Aberlour NAS Abnadh Batch#7 (59.9%, OB)

. Brown, malty sweet, very powerful. Yound. A little bit prum. develop into some more fruity and sherry feel . Short finish. very nice palate. 記得我應該喝過這個Batch, 但是居然沒有上moniter, 奇怪, 感覺既有複雜度又有口感的好酒, 這支酒在Maniacs Monitor 得到平均89分.



Aberlour NAS Abnadh Batch #10 (59.8%, OB)

. Brown. Lot's of sherry.  Thick. dark chocolate. toffee. Prum. 梅酒般的感覺, 也很像雪莉酒. 酸. thick and powerful Young Robust. very powerful drie palate. bitter finish. Nutty. Bitter again.  與之前的分數相同, 不喜歡尾韻的苦味. 如果沒記錯的話之前喝應該阿飛出國前一塊在西部牛仔喝的!

. Brow gold. malty. note that sherry. a little bit citures. hint of prum. very malty. medium light body. with some dark chocolate. more smoky feel.  Quite straight forward.  之前給了84分, 這次感覺雖然還是簡單, 但是整體還蠻輕鬆的,  記得前些時候還又喝了一次, 沒有認真重新查.再次感謝Susc提供這支酒插花.

. Brown orange. very malty. lot's of chocolate. some nice fruity influence.  evey feel some old malts.  Vey nice nose. Medium body. medium finish. dilute get alitlley bit cherry feel.  我個人很喜歡這支, 在前面的一些重雪莉中, 這支感覺有較多的果香平衡, 整體感覺較為優雅. Nice choice , Chloe!

. Yellow straw, clear, dried fruit. banana, nutty. some green apple. , sour. seems like a fatique cask. 看了一下我的紀錄, 喝了一之59.9%, C#3318給了85分,這支C#3319感覺比較疲乏!

Sugar sweet, malty. some dark chocolate. medium bdoy. medium finish. dark chocolate finish. 這是Richard特別爭取給大家比較的插花酒,  相當不錯的一支雪莉桶陳年, 有趣的是這支酒與前面的波本桶是同一天蒸餾的產品, 經過不同木桶的陳年真的完全已經感覺不出有任何相同的特質了.  Woody兄測量的硬度(TDS?)也大不相同, 難道與波本桶的碳化濾淨有關?



Blind Taste A
83 points. More citrus, with some fruity fell. Medium light body. some chocolate finished weel.  The answer is Ablerour 21yo (43%, C#35) 感覺很不像單一桶的產品, 本來以為這支表現比之前的好, 結果看了一下紀錄, 我之前給了C#27 與 C#29 分別90與88的高分, 顯然這次保守很多.

78 points. Quite malty. a litte bit fresh fruit. feel much more caremel.  finished long. The answer is Aberlour 10yo (43%, OB)

Blind Taste C
70 poitns. Lot's of cirus, balanced, very blend. The answer is Ballentine's 17yo Blend Whisky. 其實我一直不是很喜歡這支, 可能是對30年的印象太好了吧!

Blind Taste D
76 points. Quite smoky. more citrus. Peatier. fresh. sugar.  the answer is Ballentine's 8yo pure malt.  雖然不很平衡, 但是很衝擊的一支酒, 以他的價格來說是很直得推薦的.
