Ardbeg 9yo 1990/2000 (43%, DL Provenance, Autumn/Summer)
C: Gold, clear, watering.
N: very peaty, Iodine, clean, boggy. leaves, hint of grain.
P: Medium body, too weak, kind of loose on body. watering, nutty finish, peaty bitter palate, finished qutie strain.
C: 82 poitns.聞香很棒而較接近Laphroaig, 感覺很乾淨的酒, 入口拘束而混濁, 有相當的落差!
Ardbeg 14yo 1991/2005 (50%, OMC, 358Bts. C#DL Ref 2252, Refill Hogshead)
C: Straw, very light.
N: Peaty, thicker, more fruit, more iodine. Wild, quite malty.
P: medium body, sweet, mild, warm. medium finish, quite easy palate.
C: 85 points. A very balanced Ardbeg.
Ileach 58% Peaty Islay Single Malt
C: Brown, quite oil.
N ; Peaty, earthy, nutty, sea, veary Lagavulin this time. Lot's of earth feel, boggy, beach ash.
P: Medium body, firm, warm. 10yo? very nice and thick, salty. Very good everyday dram. Powerful finish.
C: 89 points. 上次諶大哥家聚跟Mitch裝的sample, 這次喝起來就很Lagavulin了, 很適合每天飲用的酒.
