Ardbeg 1975/2003 (43%, G&M Connoisseour's Choice)
C: Gold brown, watering down.
N: Old peated malt with some earthy note. Apple, citrus, sweet, enjoyable. Very peaty and smoky.
P: Medium body, medium long finish. very enjoyable palate, good peaty level, not too much. finished quite nice.
C: 86 points. 這個sample是上禮拜諶大哥家聚討回來的, 那天自己的狀況不好(諶大哥也是), 我們兩人滿嘴苦味, 這次少了苦味果然加了一分, 這支酒給你相當清楚的老泥煤特色, 雖然酒精度稍低, 但是品飲相當的輕鬆, 漂亮而讓人沉醉, 如果不貴倒是可以拿來每天喝! (不過老阿伯就算是43%應該也不可能不貴吧! 哈哈...苦笑一下!)

Ardbeg 1976/2000 Committee (53.2%, OB, C#2394, 446 Bts.)
C: Brown, fine legs, slow.
N: Intereesting peaty sherry note. more like sweet wine. Peaty, like you add peaty note into orange jam. Smoky. Very thick and rich nose with very bright peat accompanied by fruity nose. Seems to be quite high alcohol strength.(I didn't know the strength that time.)
P: Medium-strong body, medium finish. salty, very enjoyable palate. Relly keep you thinking about another dram, but where can I find another dram?
C: 94 points. It's really a beauty. No wonder it's a legendary malt. 這是Brian給我的珍貴sample, 真的感動的想哭! 我覺得我給94分好像給太低了, 還剰了半個sample, 打算找時間再喝喝看是否能加分, 這是一支非常均衡而有活力的一支酒!

Ardbeg 1975/2006 (54.2%, OB, C#1375, Sherry butt, Committee X'mas bottle)
C: Brown-green.
N: Peat with sweet nose, more refreshing. some very sweet malty feel. with more general old malt effect.
P: Medium body, medium finish. a little bit weak comparing with C#2394, pity, I shouldn't taste that bottle before this one. Finished a little bit tired.
c: 90 points. not that impressive, but still a very nice dram.這支sample也是Brian給我的, 也許是前一支的感覺太棒了, 雖然可以感覺到這是支不錯的阿伯, 還是被比了下去! 下次喝的時候應該反過來喝.

Ardbeg 1975/2006 (41.4%, OB, C#4720, 207 Bts., Ex-sherry)
C: Dark brown.
N: Peat with earth, burned grass, dry leaves, 感覺像是氧化的老酒, similar to Ardbeg 30yo OB, but with much more sherry influence. Old peaty malt.
P: Mild body, medium weak finish. a littel bit over the edge. Should bottled earlier.
C: 86 points. Not my type of Ardbeg. But still quite clear peat, just not powerful enough. 這支酒是Kingfisher小吧開放時開的酒, 雖然感覺不夠好, 但是也快被我喝完了!
