似乎只要跟Jim在一塊的時候酒都會變得好喝了!

Bruichladdich 12yo (46%, OB, 2006)
C: Golden, watering.
N: Very malty, nut, sweet, cookie/grain. hint of orange peel, adding water get fresh fruit and vanilla.
P: Light and dry, very short finish.
C: 81 points. 這支應該是取代原本10yo的標準裝瓶, 表現比原本10yo稍好一些.

Bruichladdich Links Royal Liverport Hoylake 5th Hole 14yo (46%, OB)
C: Deep gold. oil, slow legs.
N: sweet, 牛札糖, creamy, red fruit, dilute get more vanilla, and candy.
P: Medium body. very nice finish. Clear and sweet.
C: 83 points. 使用波本桶陳年產品然後坐希哈桶過桶, 有變化但是可辨識酒廠特色.

Bruichladdich Infinity (55%, OB, Second Edition, 2006)
91 points
. Gold clear, very nice and slow legs. peaty, very clear tropical fruit, very good and enjoyable.

Bruichladdich 3D 3rd Edition (46%, OB, to honer Norman Campbell)
C: Gold, watering.
N: Peaty, with lots of nose, very fruity, ocean, dilute get more vanilla and fruit.
P: Very sweet, meaty, Very nice palate, sweet finish.
C: 92 points. Very nice nosing. everything perfect. 我還是很喜歡, 第二版有加入Octomore在內喔!

Port Charlotte 5yo(63.5%, OB, WIP sample)
C: Brown gold, clear, Heavy body, very fine legs. slow.
N: Clear peat, Iodine, Lot's flower, tropical fruit, tropical fruit, very lslay, a little bit grain at back.
P: Bitter, Medium body, short finish. but finished well.
C: 91 points. straight much better. light style. 雖然Jim說這是裝瓶版, 但是後來證實裝瓶時間應該在十月初, 正式版本的味道也不太一樣, 這瓶酒應該還是原酒的sample! 有點沮喪的是類似的事情還蠻常發生的, 有時候我們要的就是很簡單的事實, 不過事實的呈現常常被掩蓋在很多其他的考量之下!

Islay Trilogy 36yo 1969 (40.3%, MMCD)

. 有點放太久了, 感覺香氣已經跑掉了, 應該要加蓋子才對! 不過還是很喜歡這支的感覺!以Bowmore 與 Bunnahabhain為香氣主體, Bruichladdich為背景呈現!
