快出國了, 趕進度中(tasting and ...)

Tasting Date: Oct. 3, 2006
Springbank 37yo 1968/2005(47.5%, Whisky Fair, 216bts.)
Color: Gold.
Nose: Very fruity, citrus, orange peel. sweet, hint of grain.
Palate: dry, light body, salty, long finish.
Conclusion: 85 points. adding water get some soap nose. Just OK!, 

Aberlour a'bunadh (59.6%, OB, Batch#16)
Color: Brown,
Nose: Nutty, lot's of plum, robust, dark chocolate, hint of grain, 甜白葡萄, 薑餅, cherry.
Palate: very strong and young. less than 8yo? strong body. medium finish.
Conclusion: 85 points. nice a'bunadh, king of stong.
