補紀錄：五月份Auchentoshen品酒會碰到感冒, 結果一拖就拖到六月底才喝.
Auchentoshan 10yo (40%, OB)
Color: Gold
Nose: Malty, light nut, fresh citrus, fruity. Apple, malty sweet.
Palate: thin, short finish.
Conclusion: 78 point. 比之前Brian 詹拿來的老10yo高了三分, 主要是noing較佳吧! Simple.
Auchentoshan 12yo (40%,OB)
Color: Gold, full color.
Nose: Richer, creaming, woody. Black fruity, still malty.
Palate: Light, finished well.
Color: 81 point. Much better than 10yo, very creaming. 跟之前喝的分數一樣, 克見得就算是在橡木桶用紙杯喝應該也不太影響吧! 12yo這支在國外很少見!
Auchentoshan 13yo 1992/2005 (46%, Murray McDavid, 1,500b. Bourbon/Viognier Cask)
Color: light yellow.
Nose: very strange nose, decomposed food, leather, animal skin. Ferment juice, sulfur.
Palate: Medium, terrible, bitter!
Conclusion: 56 points. I just don’t like it. 已經發現很多次了, 通常一般的Murray McDavid的葡萄酒桶很實驗性質. 真的市考驗大家接受新事物的能力啊!
Auchentoshan 17yo (51%, OB, 8yr bourbon cask, 9yo Saint-Julien wine cask)
Color: Brown.
Nose: Malty with sweet nose, plum. Breakfast cereal. A little bit creaming.
Palate: Light, finished well.
Conclusion: 85 points. Very nice one. Better then Glen Garioch wine cask. 蠻讓人訝異的一支酒, 比我預估的佳, 這支是限量品喔!
Auchentoshan 21yo (43%, OB)
Color: Gold.
Nose: Mint, cereal crisp, leaf, grass, hay.
Palate: Medium body, medium finish, mild. A little bit caramel.
Conclusion: 79 points. Much less than last time. I gave it 85. Too easy for me, Not my type. I think I need to re-taste this one again. 奇怪, 這次喝的感覺很不好, 應該要找時間再試一次.
Auchentoshan 24yo 1981 (46%, MMCD Mission V, 708b. Bourbon/Syrah cask)
Color: Gold, beautiful legs. Slow.
Nose: Malty, melon, hint of tropical fruit, hint of smoke. Sugar. A little bit sulfur, leaf and grass. Lemon peel.
Palate: Medium light body. Finish long. A little bit dry in month. Very nice malt with grassy note.
Conclusiopn: 87 points. Quite nice wine finish product. Bring out some interesting Auchentoshan feel. With some interesting layer at the first. Very grassy and dry finish. 相當不錯的一支wine finish. 回來後放了一陣子還越喝越好喝.
Auchentoshan 31yo 1966/1997 (50.4%, OB, Cask#508)
Color: Brown, fine legs, very oil.
Nose: nice sherry nose, old malt effect, again the 60s the best. Plum, sweet, mint, flower, old barley.
Palate: a little bit thin, very minty, last long.
Conclusion: 90 points. Perfect nose. not that good palate. Very enjoyable. Better than cask#509 for sure.
Littlemill 19yo 1984/2003 (46%, Dun Bheagan, Cask##393/396, 696b.)
70 points. 感謝David大哥, 很有趣的一支插花酒, 不過我沒有多準備空瓶, 當天喝的很隨便, 只記得還真的不是喜歡的感覺!
