Single Malt Lover!

Auchentoshan 32yo 1973/2005 (55.5%, OB, Sherry Cask, 480b, Glass Decanter)
Color: Brownish Green.
Nose: Nice old malt, very oil, Malty, Rice, Light peat. Reminds me good Springbank. Flower, hint of aplle.
Taste: Powerful, sweet, very nice malt.   Full body. Long finish.
Conclusion: 92 points. The best Auchentoshan I've ever tasted.  Legend! 無法想像這是一支低地酒, 這支酒應該會成為傳奇性的酒! 又想買酒了.

Bowmore 16yo 1989 (51.8%, OB, Straight from the cask, non chill filtered, Limited edition of 134 bourbon casks)
Color: Straw.
Nose: Heavily peated. Smoky, flower, pear, hint of sea.
Taste: Medium body, Long finish, very powerful, almost like the Ardbeg thing.
Conclusion: 87 points. Not a typical Bowmore. Perfume but not FWP. 一支很值得稱讚的作品, 價格上也很優, 香氣跟泥煤混合的很棒.

Bowmore 34yo 1971 (51%, OB, 960b. Sherry Cask)
Color: Gold brown.
Nose: Peat, Tropical fruit, flower, pear, Suger, Sweet, Complex. Hint of sea.
Taste: Medium body. Very powerful, Long Finish, Layered.
Conclusion: 91 points. Very unusual Bowmore. Finished extreamly good, make you think it all the time.  A little bit like Glenfarclas? 一支令人訝異的酒, 複雜的香氣, 爽口, 尾韻源源不斷, 讓你一直加分的酒!
