Springbank 10yo (40%, OB, 2004)
Color: Gold.
Nose: Nice fruity nose with lots apple, pear, citrus.  Still Matly. Hint of peat. Some flower develop later.   Mellow, Tropical fruit as well.
Taste: Medium body, young, robust, nutty, bitter, hot.
Conclusion: 82 points, 3 points lower than last time.  Still very nice bottle. Nosing is much better than taste.  Very nice one.  這個sample是之前留下來的, 距離上次喝已經一年多了, 雖然給分比之前嚴苛, 但是個人認為這支酒還是一支水準以上的作品, 聽說在橡木桶也常常缺貨.



Springbank 21yo Book Ceremic Vol. IV (43%, OB)

Color: Yellow.
Nose: Citrus. More like old Springbank.  Lots rice, malt, ect. Ripe apple, light peat. A little bit like C.V. Old used sherry cask.
Taste: Nutty, light body, matured well.  Not bad.
Conclusion: 85 points. Not as bead as I thought.  I generally don't think ceremic is good for the malt.  Reminds me some very nice old Springbank.  This one is quite strange as it don't look the same as other Book ceremic, still trying to find the answer.  Should not be a fake.  這支酒要感謝昌兄, 由於運送過程中有些微漏出, 所以我們才有機會品味到這支高價酒. 實際上的感受比想像中好些, 雖然並不能算是好的21年, 但是蠻有老雲頂會出現的一些特色風味. 很有趣的一支酒.




Springbank Local Barley 1966/2000 (54.4%, OB, Bourbon Cask, Cask#509)

Color: Brown.
Nose: Deep, malty, ripe apple.  Orange. Sweet.  Not a typical bourbon cask.
Taste: Full body. Very nice.  Matured but powerful. 
Conclusion: 92 points. This cask is an Taiwan only edition. One of the best Local Barley I've ever tasted. 如果想要知道雲頂為什麼好, 那一定要試試看這支酒, 真的很棒! 好像該感謝諶大哥, 恭喜高升上校.


Springbank 37yo 1967/2004 (41.6%, Duncan Tayler, Miniature)

Color: Gold.
Nose: Old malt.  Ripe apple.  Hint of peat.  Tropical fruit. Comparing weak.
Taste: Light body.  over matured.
Conclusion: 87 points.  Not a bad one, just too bad to taste after the Local Barley.  其實還不錯, 但是就是在Local Barley 之後試. 被比下去了. 找時間再試試看.

對了, 名酒集進了一批 Springbank100 proof 平行貨, 紙盒及標籤是橘色的, 據說比錢一批黃色標籤的好喝很多, 有喝過的可以報告一下.
