Rosebank 1990/2005 (46%, Berry Bros & Rudd, casks #1518-1519-1520)

Golden yellow.  Tropical fruit, nutty.  Almond.  Deep sweet.  Hint of flower.  50% 15yo? Medium body.  Long finish.  Nose is perfect. Generally speaking is a very elegant malt.  A little bit salty in mouth. Score:90.



 

Glengoyne 37yo 1967/2005 (47.6%, OB, sherry butt #975, 246 bottles)

Brown clear.  Heavily sherried one.  Wood, almond.  Malty with orange.  Medium body.  Long finish.  Very interesting and unique.  Score: 90.



 

Glengoyne 15yo 'Scottish oak wood finish' (43%, OB)

Golden brown.  Sherry influence.  Malty.  Creaming.  Medium body.  Long finish.  Quite familer?  Some kind of finish? Glenmorangie?  Quite nice and balanced.  Very long and nice finish.  Score: 90



 

Talisker 25yo 'bottled in 2004' (57.8%, OB, refill casks, 21000 bottles)

Very peaty.  Fruity sweet.  Kind of simple but very nice.  Generally speaking, my style.  Talisker or Brora? Score: 90.





Laphroaig 10yo 'Cask Strength' (55.7%, OB)

Golden brown.  Peat.  Fresh fruit.  Nutty.  57%? Very Laphraoig.  Malty sweet.  Very nice and deep.  Score: 90.(I still like this one, no doubt.)
