Sample from 6801, Thanks! Golden color. Very fruity and flowrish. Orange, hint of venella. some berry nose? But still very Macallan. Very nice palate. strong and powerful yet easy to accept. Very long finish. Only a little bit simple. Score: 87
Macallan 15yo 1984 (43%, OB)
Sample from Johannes, thanks! Brown. quite sherry, sweet. Mint. Toffee. Warm. A little bit caramel. It is quite strange that after drinking it , the throught has a very hot feeling for a long time. Score: 80.
Macallan 18yo 1979/1997 Gran Reserva (40%, OB, 700ml)
Dark brown, almost black. Very thick body. Heavily sherried. Dry fruit. Black chocolate. Toffee. Heather flower. A real sherry monster. Finished long. Very complex. Score: 89.
