Second taste. Golden Brown. Deep and creaming. hint of sherry sweet. Rich Fruity. alomost no legs? hint of nut. Adding water not good. turns out to be very nutty. Score: 84. Same as last time.
HIGHLAND PARK 1988 15yo (56.1%, Blackadder, Cask n.11931 Sherry Butt)
Golden Brown. Very oil. very little peat. Very creaming. oil. a little bit orange. some heather. standard Highland Park for me. Score: 87.
GLENROTHES 1969 34yo (53.8%, Blackadder, Cask n.19218)
Brown. A very nice old Sherry cask! complex and deep. sherry. cream bitter chocolate. Citrus. Adding water bring out more layer. but I like to taste straight. Score: 90.
