由於B大與Full Proof的關係不錯, 總是固定購買一下罕見樣品, 也總感謝B大與我分享, 剛好看到Mitch也在寫記錄了, 順道post一下.

Caperdonich 1968/2006 (42%, Duncan Tayler, 60 bts., private bottling)

C: Light yellow.

N: Light peat, citrus, very nice malty nose, deep vanilla.

P: Light body, short finish. seems young.

C: 88 points. Very nice nose,very light palate, fresh and young, not really like an old malt. 感覺好年輕而有力, 香氣很棒.

Glen Mohr 8yo (100 proof, G&M, 26 2/3 FL, +/- 1970s)

C: Brown, quite oil.

N: Sherried note, berry, mango, grain, husk, very nice nose.

P: Medium heavy body, medium long finish, very nice sherry malt. seems quite old.

P: 90 points. very balanced and good. 感覺酒齡很老的重雪莉酒款, 看到酒款資料有點訝異.

North Port 16yo 1977/1993 (62.4%, SMWS, C#74.2)

C: Yelow, borwn, seems weak.

N: Sulfer, match box, mint, sherryied, animal.

P: Heavy body, robust, young.

C: 82 points. young and robust, too strong. 聞香還不錯, 但是有著強烈而不平衡的感覺.

Glenkinchie 1966/1988 (46%, Moon Import, 264 bts, Hogshad, C#2573)

C: Yellow.

N: Honey, vanilla, kind of old malt feel, very fruity.

P: Thin and light body, medium long finish. seems old.

C: 84 points. Quite nice old whisky. quite thin and weak. 很明顯的老酒風格, 有點弱.

Mortlach 1961/1999 (40.8%, Scott's Selection)

C: Light yellow, straw.

N: Old malt, woody, 朝鮮薊, vegetable.

P: Very light body, 有點過度氧化感覺.

D: Quite elegant, weak.

C: 81 points. lack of power, low land? 看到答案的時候有點訝異, 這支酒我過去買過, 亞舍進的, 印象很不錯的一支酒, 也許這支sample有點放太久了?

Bowmore 15yo GlasgowGarden Festival (40%, OB)

C: brown.

N: Deep, woody, fruity, with some nic easter note.

P: Mediumlight body, medium short finish, very old one?

C: 89 points. Old Springbank? 哈哈, 完全沒喝出來是Bowmore, 顯然盲飲的功力還要加強. 大家隨意看看就好.

Dallas Dhu 31yo 1969/2000 (50%, DL, 252 bts.)

C: Brown.

N: Sweet, toffee, chocolate, prum, orange, very minty.

P: Medium body, medium finish, quite ncie finish.

C: 90 points. Very nice old malt. 不錯的老雪莉桶風範.

Glenlivet 18yo distilled in 1951 (45.7%, OB? for Bwetto Import , B#1132, unblended all malt)

C: Golden.

N: Sherried, young, powerful, minty, light chocolate, malty, woody.

P: Light peat, chocolate, woody, light body, medium finish.

C: 86 points. Highland peated malt? very interesting. 很有趣的一款酒, 老Speyside果然與現在的風格完全不同.
