Clynelish 36yo 1971/2007 (44.6%, OMC, C#DL Ref#3913, 191 bts. refill hogshead)

C:Yellow

N: Citrus, orange, pear, very fresh fruity nose, hint of peat, honey, malty ending.

P: Medium body, medium finish, lot's citrus, lemon, strong and powerful.

D: animal, sour mash.

C: 87 points. freshing, complex, powerful, quite nice. 這是一支有著清新果香而複雜的酒, 頗易飲, 值得推薦.在桃園機場買的酒, 不過實際上發現exchange更便宜些.

Yamazaki 1986/2006 La Maison du Whisk 50th anni. (60%, OB, Mizunara Butt, 405 bts., C#6G5029)
C: Yellow brown.
N: very thick Japanese oak nose, very woody, orange, malty, lot's flower, berry.
P: Medium body, long finish. tanin, palate killer, but very nice finish.
C: 92 points. Unique, balanced, powerful, very oriental. 奇怪, 大家都在exchange買輕井澤, 但是我覺得這支酒要更值得買, 水楢桶ㄟ!

BenRiach 37yo 1970/2007 (48%, OB, C#1893, 221 bts. Sherry hogshead)
C: Dark Brown.
N: Chocolate, sherried, smoke, toffee, honey, green apple, oak, vanilla, very malty ending.
P: Medium body, dry, long finish. tannin.
C: 90 points. nice sherry charactor, powerful,enjoyable. 這支酒是我去BenRiach造訪時在酒窖桶邊試飲所喝到最好的一桶酒, Billy Walker嘗試將雪莉桶陳年的酒換到全新橡木桶中過桶, 可惜這樣的手法居然沒有明白寫在酒標上面, 山發進口後也僅將此酒留做董事長私人藏酒, 一般民眾並無緣一嚐, 這點倒並非我推薦的初衷. 話說回來, 還真是必須再次讚嘆山發老董的品味, 過去幾次喝到他的私人藏酒還真是高水準啊!

Bowmre 16yo 1991 (53.1%, OB, Port Matured)
C: Brown,
N: Peat, smoe, burned rubber, malt, seaweed.
P: Peated , clear Bowrmoe, some chocolate, not very Port finish, too sweet.
C: 87 points. except the finish, it's still a very nice Bowmore, 我個人其實蠻喜歡這一系列的年份Bourbon, Sherry, Port等三款. Bourbon是其中最容易接受而且酒質最好的一支, Sherry那支有著奇異而讓人上以的乾果味, Port 這支則相形稍弱. 不過除了尾韻過甜膩外也還不錯, 這支應該是Lazy給我的sample吧? 感謝.

Bowmore 10yo 1997/2007 (58.7%, SMWS, C#3.130, a dirty dram)
C: Yellow.
N: Citrus, peat, iodine, sea, fresh, tropical fruit, not very Bowmore, more like Caol Ila, with thicker nose.
P: Powerful, medium body, palate killer.
C: 90 points. Nice, clean, good, not Bowmore. 老實說我不怎麼認同a dirty dram的評語, 這支酒還蠻乾淨的, 頗不波摩感!
