C: very light in color, almost whie.
N: Very peaty, sweet, more like Laphroaig, fruty, with some vanilla.
P: light to medium body, warm. peaty bitter.
C: 87 points. Very nice peay malt. 比預期好的一支Ardmore, 相當輕而偏海島的一支重泥煤酒款.
Mannochmore 16yo 1992 (53.8%, Exclusive malts. C#6600, 234 bts.)
C: Light yellow.
N: hint of peat, grassy, fresh, quite malty, citrus, spring time like. very fresh.
P: Matured, last well, dry.
D: sweet, flower.
C: 84 points. very nice finish, fresh nose, easy going. one. 很輕鬆的一支酒, 標準的Speyside草味!
Benriach 19yo 1987 (51.3%, Exclusive Malts. C#14388, 351 bts.)
C: Light yellow, large legs.
N: Creaming minty, citrus, hint of nut.
P: Medium light body, very strong, unique, not quite like what you expect.
C: 82 points. Very minty, not like normal Benriach OB. 有點獨特的一支酒, 好清新!
Laphroaig 18yo 1990 (50.2%, Exclusive Malts. C#2230, 313 bts.)
C: Yellow.
N: Peaty, nutty, tropical fruit.
P: Medium body, peaty bitter, finished very well. matured, rounded.
C: 90 points. finish the best. 這支酒是讓你不知不覺一直喝的那種, 感覺上也就一般, 可是奇怪的好吸引人, 喝得超快的, 才一個多禮拜我已經在喝第二支了, 本來只給了89, 但是開瓶後深深覺得一定是90以上的好酒!
Caol Ila 23yo 1984 (50.7%, Exclusive Malts. C#2729, 386 bts. finished in a Madiera hogshead )
C: Golden brown.
N: Very peaty, thick nose, fruity, pear, citrus, pineapple, some mango. very fruity one.
P: medium body, matured, rounded, robust, iodine, peat.
C: 88 points. very nice nd good, powerful, salty. 這是一支有著豐富果香的艾雷島重泥煤酒, 很讓人著迷的香氣!
Glenglassaueh 22yo 1984 (52.2%, Exclusie Malts, C#2729, 328 bts, sherry cask)
C: Brown, quite oil with fine legs.
N: Very smoky, thint of rubber, heavily sherried, a star for sure, nut.
P: Medium heavy body, strong, salty, somewhat nutty.
C: 89 points. very nice sherry monster, strong and good. 相當棒的重雪莉!
