Edradour 11yo 1994/2005 (56.7%, OB, #04/158/4, 1195 Bts, Port Pipe finish, SFTC)
C: Golden quite watering.
N: Malty, peach, prum, tropical fruit, quite fruity and malty.
P: Medium body, medim finish, nutty, bitter.
C: 80 points. complex, layerd, rich, not very drinkable. kind of difficult in style.
Edradour是一間相當有話題的酒廠, 其實我很期待他的成功, 但是可惜的在我的品飲經驗中, 這間酒廠的酒還真的喝起來有點辛苦.

Edradour 11yo 1994/2006 (55.1%, OB, C#05/997/2006, 434 Bts, Sauternes finish. SFTC)
C: Golden brown. somewhat red.
N: Nutty and malty, fermentaed fruit.
P: Medium heavy body, medium long finish. very rich and thick in style. The palate is actually very rick and sweet wine like. 
C: 85 points. Not bad, especially as an Edradour Sauternes finish.
其實看到這間酒廠加上這種過桶, 還沒喝心裡就涼了一半, 甜酒桶一项是最難做的過桶處理, 一不小心就會毀了原本的酒, 何況我很贊同Billy Walker的名言, 只有最好的酒才能拿來做過桶. 也許是抱持著這種心態, 試飲的時候發現他做得還不錯, 給分也寬鬆了些, 後來三月份社團品飲的時候僅給了80分. 雖然還是不錯的分數, 不過我想介於80~85之間該是較正確的評價吧!

Blair Athol 27yo 1975/2003 (54.7%, Rare Malts)
C: Golden.
N: Citrus, orange, tropical fruit, berry, very fruity one.
P: Light-medium body, medium finish, somewhat nutty and chocolate finish.
C: 83 points. Very fruity, ligth in style, strong. 還不錯的一支酒, 我喝過的Blair Athol其實都還蠻甜膩的, 雖然應該算是大眾喜歡的口味, 但是對我來說口味稍重. 還沒喜歡上這支酒, 倒是一直記得酒廠鎮上有間Kingfisher Bar.
 
Clynelish 14yo 1990/2004 (57.6%, G&M, C#11628, First fill sherry butt)
C: Brown, Sample from PowerMagic, thanks!
N: Chocolate, sulfer, malty, 
P: Medium body, medium finish, very nutty with lot's chocolate.
C: 84 points. not really like he Clynelish I know, too much wood influence. 酒廠特色不見了, 雖然還是好喝的雪莉桶.
